Our steel plant uses water recycling systems and rainwater harvesting to conserve Gujarat's precious water resources. Regular monitoring helps us track energy consumption per ton of steel produced, guiding our efficiency improvements.

Waste Management

Steel scrap from manufacturing and construction is systematically recycled—approximately 85% returns to production. At infrastructure sites across Gujarat, we segregate construction waste, crush concrete for reuse as aggregate, and divert over 70% of project waste from landfills. Steel slag and by-products supply cement manufacturers and road projects rather than going to disposal.

Emission Control

Our manufacturing facilities use dust collection and emission control equipment to meet Gujarat Pollution Control Board standards. Construction sites implement water sprinkling, material covering, and equipment maintenance to minimize dust and exhaust emissions.
